Enzie Roof Space Ladders are a complete folding ladder available in either aluminium or timber. In the Deluxe series the access hatch is fully insulated and has a unique gas strut tension arm that controls the tension when opening and closing the hatch, making it very smooth and comfortable to use.

It has an recessed turning lock and an pvc architrave already moulded to the hatch. The complete underside of hatch and architrave comes in a white finish so theres no need for painting. Enzie also have an economy timber ladder which is available for ceiling heights up to 2700.
